CCP.i have plaed for many months now.ive seen ppl come and go,and ppl come and stay.and ive heard the same thing many times.they are having trouble with the game soon as they come out of the academy.well I propose a solution if u want to take the time to read and hear me out.u have made a lot of changes to dust.some good and some bad.but lets give ppl a chance to make it who cant spend hundreds of dollars on dust.along with the choices of ambush,dommination,and skirmish.add these four options.basic,advanced,proto,and other.let me explain.if a new player comes into the real world of dust they will b slaughtered and will loose intrest quickly like I have seen happen.but if they had a choice to run in only a basic match wich allows no one to wear anything but basic gear.well I think theyd have an easier time with it and stay.same with advance and proto.now the,other,selection is a free for all.a chance taker for the more experienced.not a lot of ppl can spend a lot of money or time on a game to level up to even begin to hang with the more in depth players.its hard on me and ive been playing for over 6-8 months.so I feel sorry for the new comers.if u gave this a chance I believe in the long run youll have more ppl stay and play wich would b good for you.i hope u consider this and listen to the gamers of dust.if anyone agrees in any way pls post along with me.some of u ive heard with my own ears that something needs to b done to the pub matches. |

Some sort of matchmaking needs to be done, but you can't have too many divisions in matchmaking. There wouldn't be enough players to fill each division, and you'd end up with half an hour waiting queues for specific type of match.
Maybe implement tiered-type matchmaking that, say, classifies people with 0-5M SP as tier 1; 5-10M SP as tier 2; 10M+ as tier 3, and only match people within the same tier (Dark Souls 2 style), with the option for them to be matched against higher tiers if they wish. But that's just an example, i've seen better ideas on the forums. |
