I've found some things I can agree with & things I don't.
Things that I can agree on
- Armor tanks getting a hardener buff is really good. Its enjoyable to see more armor tanks on the field.
- Blaster RoF. This is awesome, Because it reminds me of a Compressed Blaster back in the day. It doesn't build up too much dispersion too quickly allowing you to hit your targets with precision.
- Vehicle H/L slot layout is great. Allows for much more customization.
- The old/new modules are really nice. I see why you put the Railguns overheat at 3 continuous rounds (Heatsink).
- Gives vehicles pilots somewhat of a fresh start. A lot of old fits have become a thing of the past making us dinosaur pilots once again going to the shop. Feels nice.
Things I don't agree on
- The Regulator modules for shields tanks is for High Slots. Why? Why is it a Caldarian must always nerf defense to add a mod that is nice to have? Same goes with the Dispersion mod. Why is that for Low Slots? Is this something that will be fixed or is permanent?
- Shield Tank Destroyers are kind of redundant now. They've become obsolete since my Madrugar/Ion Cannon can now smash anything. Even with 3 Damage amps, You just can't get a significant output that I would consider a Destroyer. Also, The idea behind a Destroyer is you trade your defenses for extreme firepower -- Making you very brittle, But can wipe the ground clean of tanks. I love Rail Destroyers so I hope CCP introduces that "Destroyer Tank" soon.
- Shield tank regen nerf. Was this really necessary? I mean, I just don't see why & would like an explanation.
- Missile Turret is beyond stupid. Why did you tinker with it? It was fine. It actually made some missile turret users I know quit tanking.
- Marduk & the Gladius having gunner seats. I hope this is a glitch & I'm sure it is.
- Both armor & shield tanks are still incredibly weak against AV. (Hate to say that but they are.) Tanking in PC is almost pointless because you just have everyone carry AV grenades. The tanks don't get to engage one another without some form of AV interfering & the AV equipment actually does the better job at killing than the tank does. So this begs the question: Why are tanks needed again? Why are tanks even in the game if Infantry's AV equipment is more effective?
- The Isk payout is weak. I risk 1.3 million tank for 350k? lol GG ..l..
- Jihads. They can instagib Proto tanks. 1.3 million ISK vs. A blueprint LAV & REs. I can't justify that.
- The names of the new tanks. Gladius? It shames the Caldari. Marduk? Dude, That sounds like a pokemon....Actually I'm sure that's a pokemon. http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2014/094/3/e/marduk_card_by_dbztyphlosion-d7cznbe.jpg
Now, I know there is a lot more bad than good for my review, But its not a bad patch at all. Its nice vehicles pilots are having some attention for once. So, Thank you Devs & CCP for some kind of change. Its definitely a start!

Madrugar can easily live through minmando swarms, AV nades etc.
Hardener and 300-450 reps are doing a great job.
Railgun is not quite effective vs madrugars after hotfix echo. Same goes for missile turret as i heard.

Marduk is the name of a Babylonian god. Gladius is the name of a Roman sword. The names seem fine, so I don't understand your problem with them.
The slot position of the shield regulator and dispersion mods are bugged.
Small turrets will be removed from SHAVs

The Gladius was picked for the time being until we bring in the Minmatar to appropriately inherit their proper names.
Marduk is Gallente enough.
Pokemon names are often spun off existing names; Pika is a north american mountain rodent, Chu being the Japanese name for a mouse. So Pikachu roughly means mouse^2
Regulators are supposed to be low slots and The dispersion high slots I believe.
The extra seats on the SHAVs are a glitch and will be fixed.
