So with the recent buff to nanohives which allows us to carry tons of them im wondering if we could see a change to caldari logis. I start to think that this has beeing done as preperation to introduce shield recharger tools and give the Caldari Logistic a bonus specific for that. Ya know why have a nanite/resupply bonus for it if i can allready carry 6 advanced nanohives.
So i predict the following:
Caldari logistic skillbonuses:
+10% per lvl on the range for shield recharger tools and +5% per lvl on the shield recharge amount.
Shield recharger tool specs:
lower base HP retoration then the repair tool but it allows you to trigger the natural dropsuit recharge.
This would make sense cause nobody needs the caldari logistic bonus in times like this and the armor rep bonus on triage hives is not really "lore correct".
Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!

Or did they fix it since last downtime?

The cladari bonus right now is great but nano hives only work well in rare situations, but when you get it going its great.

Not really armor repping hives are not really helpfull when holding a point. And the Caldari logi is a shield tanked suit which makes the whole thing even more useless.

yeah right thats why proto assaults/logis have all 5 high slots and are mainly shield tanked. Gal./Amarr logis benefit more from triage hives then a caldari ever could.

Rep hives are stationary. Good for the Caldari's long range fighting style which requieres some stationary play.
If you armor is touched while you are in a Caldari suit, just drop a rephive behind cover and watch your armor and shields go up rapidly making the Caldari suit the fastest one to get back into battle.
I use a compact hive on my Caldari Assault. My armor barely gets touched when I run that. And when it DOES get touched. I hide, take out my compact hive and watch my armor go up rapidly along side my shields making me, like I said, get back into the battle more quicker.
ANY and all suits can benefit from the Rephives. Not just armor. Infact, armor suits depending on rephives is far more stupid since the rep hives requires you to stay insode a circle to get repaired. And with the over abundance of anti-armor weapons, you are making yourself a far easier target than anything else.
Why do you think Rephives are Caldari tech? Because it compliments their playstyle great.
Armor suits are better of with equipping armor rep modules and having the ocational logi repair them (if they are not too busy leeching off an Amarr Sentinel)
