+1 Rattati. +1.
Awesome job with them. I think that we have a module which is now useful, and yet not OP.
It can now viably compete with shield extenders/damage mods, which is absolutely amazing, considering how poor they were before.
On their combat usefulness: very low compared to other high slot modules. Jumping isn't as good as it seems in combat. When you jump, you are unable to change directions, and thus are a very easy to hit target. This, combined with lower HP/DPS makes the myofibs only somewhat useful in combat situations, which is as it should be for a mobility module.
However, I think with the introduction of these modules, its time we look at fall damage scaling. Using a min-maxed jumper fit (minmitar assault), I can take over 40 damage simply by tapping x, without moving.
I believe that its somewhat silly that we have legs that are so powerful to catapult us into the air like olympic high jumpers, yet are too weak to support us when we come back down. Therefore, I believe that the height at which fall damage begins to apply should be increased by a certain margin to ameliorate this.
I also urge you not to nerf these modules based on forum complaints, and leave them the way they are for at least 1 week before tweaking them, as while they are fun many people will use them, esp. in pub matches, but the real benefit gained by them is very little.

Anyone who complains about myofibs either a) is being punched to death b) has trouble tracking slow airborne targets or c) is opposed to fun and does not have proto myofibs. I absolutely love that I can jump to some places that I used to have to fly to. It is amazing and I would change nothing. I almost forget that they boost melee. lol I agree with OP. Hulk jumps ftw!
You're all puppets, tangled in strings. I had strings, but now, I'm free. There are no strings on me.

While the fall damage is a tad annoying, I believe it's a fair balancing point for these modules. While I don't consider them OP, removal or increase of the distance needed to fall before taking damage could very well be pushing those boundaries, and enough people are already complaining about them as is. Leave the fall damage, adjust to the crazy jump height, and have fun. Don't poke the bull either, else we may end up losing these wonderful little toys.

Forever reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction, however in game the effect occurs when you land, instead of jump and land.Good thing we have shields.

They are better than Shield Extenders and Damage mods. Period.
They could remove the melee damage altogether, and they would still be better than shields and damage. They are OP, basically.
But its only because they don't have stacking penalties. They need stacking penalties, just like every other dropsuit mod in the entire game that gives percentage based bonuses instead flat number bonuses. Percentage bonuses without stacking penalties gets out of control too fast.

I really dislike them. If you are concerned about the fall damage we should decrease the mnax height of these things not the fall damage. Looks way to advanced warfare out there....

They have stacking penalties from what I noticed. It's an issue with the value being higher than intended. instead of 15/20/25 it's the same value as the melee damage increase aka 15/25/50 (or 16.5%, 32.5%, 75% at respective skill levels).
So, basic myo = probably working as intended. Advance myo = Little bit higher than intended. Complex myo = Twice as good as intended.

Its one of those two things... Ratatti suspects it might be that stacking isn't applying, but you might be right. Or we are all right, and they are even more powerful than we think...

I'm doing some testing on it right now. My alt only has myofibs to 3 though, but I'm fairly positive of the results I'll get.
