With the new bunny hopping / superman skills would a scout be able to bounce over a tank and lay a proximity mine in its path ?
In the name of science (albeit mad ) could a suitably skilled ninja/bunny/super scout try this out and let us have a verdict?

Probably not. You don't maintain your momentum when jumping extreme heights, so unless the tank was just sitting still or just beginning to move, you wouldn't be able to outdistance them. Also, you'd probably get roadkilled.

With the scores of shield tanks roaming the fields, it is important to lay a minefield, not a single mine, in order to receive damage points, or destruction points.
A single PE will only be effective it the tank is on its last leg. Otherwise, no points, and no significant damage.
However, an entire squad of grasshopper PE tank ninjas could lay an ad hoc minefield instantly and be out of there in a flash. That would be entertaining. |

Picture a drop ship crammed with tank ninjas circling the battlefield, they spot a tank and swoop in, tank ninjas deploy, lay down an ad hoc minefield and get the hell out of dodge. BOOM! Regroup , get picked up by dropship rinse and repeat! |
