It is also a slight upgrade for Light and Sidearm Damage mods if you can afford the 7 extra CPU and 2 PG. Overall pretty neat little BPO that should be useful for a lot of situations. I don't use damage mods, and it would suck if everybody else was running around tearing it up and I had to sacrifice my loadout to fit it Reloading, the silent killer.
