Had an interesting question with some corp mates....
I personally wouldn't.
Dust is the only reason I still video game. I don't know what this game has , but I can't seem to get away from it. It's addicting.It's fun. It's the only game where I can have a good laugh. It's fun and I sometimes skip some homework so I can get some play time.
GTA 5 and FIFA 14 faded away and I lost total interest ....
I was always a sport's guy and video games only had bad impacts on me.
Not doing homework , less social , glasses , weight gain etc.
Summer just came around pretty much around where I live and I will start playing football all day now.
This game is not what it was ... people capping out 750 k SP a week , trying really hard 
When this game will stop or I will lose interest I will be gone.
Gotta enjoy what's left I guess

I don't really understand your perspective on the manner mate. You are suggesting something that, to me, is akin to "when Lord of the Rings is completed, I will never watch another movie" or "when Game of Thrones is completed, I will never watch another television show." (See what I did there?)
When DUST is gone, I will forever look back with intense animosity for what was rather than what should have been. I will keep playing games because it is a hobby and I find it entertaining.

Um..Dust isn't life bruh. I play Smash, Pokemon, Zelda, crap tons of PlayStation games. Plus EVE Valkyrie is coming out.
Plus I got SNES, Genesis, N64, Xbox and a lot of other games.
I can't make this clearer bruh, DUST IS NOT THE ONLY GAME IN THE WORLD.

Dust has really just been tiding me over lately until something truly next gen comes out... or the next TES game...
If the blasted thing would just stop slowly evolving, I might be able to shake my addiction of it, but every time I really start getting tired of it, it gets another update!

I know that feel. I really love the rich story of New Eden and played EVE
and now Dust for that reason.
I really hope that CCP will manage to incorporate Dust into EVE as not
only a separate shooter but merge EVE clones with Dust clones and
accounts, allowing the open-world coming-together of players be it
in trade or social hubs, fighting on their ships and stations, on the ground
or in their capsules.
This would give it the potential to stand beside and hold their own against
coming contenders like star citizen (once it launches).
But what if EVE and Dust do not grow together, do not grow to their full potential?
After all it is a beautiful, but only one of many worlds and realities of the mind we
are able to live in and welcome, for the changes and the excitements they hold.
The hyenas never sleep, so shouldn't CCP, and the rule of 'Adapt or Die' holds
relevance for them as much.

I still have League of Legends, MH4U, Dragon's Dogma, and various other games.
Dust may be a good game but my gaming life does not revolve around it.

Right back to full-time battlefield 1943, the silky-smooth, and cuter sister to dust. I'd miss the old hag a bit, but not much.
KDR matchmaking fixes everything but the stupid purple Quafe stuff.

To answer your question. Yes I would because I love video games. You could say I have a problem. Video games have give a vast variety of game play. Some have fun stories, rpg, mmorpg, and so much more. Dust is fun only because its the first FPS that has a grid for tring out million combination customizations. The skill tree for the FPS is the best iv seen for any game. Why a pc game is on a limited console is beyond me but it is fun while its lasting. Its getting old and soon as I get a labtop im done with dust but I will miss playing a fun concept game like this.

I would just move to another game, I still play games from SNES days and older. When MAG ended, I moved to Dust lol. I could never lose interest in gaming just because one game is no longer around. It does suck when it happens though.
I don't always win 1v1, but when I don't...I cry for nerfs. Stay nerfing my friends.

I would play a lot less if Dust wasn't around. Dust is the Only game that I have at one time planned to play for decades.
The only other major game I play is Birds of Steel but thats takes a certain mood.
I don't game that much on holidays or breaks like summer cause I'm camping or away, but when there isn't anything else to do I play Dust.

When this game shutdown ill either be playing the new elder scrolls, Skyrim, Fallout 4, or MKX (but only a little)

Plenty of stuff in my PS3 backlog already and will probably pick up a PS4 for Bloodborne, NMS, et cetera. Dust *is* annoyingly good at keeping me from working through said backlog, though.

Not on PS3 at least, the only game to date that I still want to try got a PS4 remastered version. (TLoU) I also won't be getting a ps4 until, like others said, a new elder scrolls is released or something else I just can't resist. |
