He should've done the ISK trades with another account, it's not that smart from him... But I don't think it's deserved. A permaban is pretty hard! He is one of the few players who were playing since the very beginning, don't permaban your vets CCP!

That's how it is in just about every other mmo. Caught trading in game currency for cash, your account is gone. Rules are rules can't enforce them for one section of players and not another. |

I wonder how the forum mods feel dealing with this kind of crap.  Really don't see what you're hoping to accomplish. You're just making someone's job harder. If this Cubs was actually selling Isk for real money and he wants to come back that badly, let him make an alt and suffer for his stupidity. If not, then that would make a nice big group that doesn't care, including the majority of the forums, the rest of the playerbase, and mods who have to keep banning your alts, and Cubs himself.
Besides, he's probably already found a different game by now. Or he's already got an alt somewhere if he cares that much. Just let it die so we can go back to QQ'ing about sentinels.

Well yeah that's right. But it's not a good comparison^^ He could've been warned with a 3 months ban, and then permabanned if it'd do it again.
People break rules everyday, they dont all go to jail for a lifetime sentence.

CCP will sometimes let up on a ban if it is a first time offense or if the person had a long history of good behavior before being banned, but they don't soften up on RMT stuff. CHICAGOCUBS4EVER is banned. If the RMT stuff is true, hopefully he's banned for an extremely long time.
