But think of the scouts!! If a scout makes a mistake now, as in fails to OHK you, the poor thing can be killed. Imagine the horror for them? Do you not pity them? This change is needed so if they fail to sneak up on you and kill you, they have their second chance as you cannot backpedal away! Rejoice!!

I'm not sure if you guys follow but backpedall reduction will hit all frames, including scouts, so not much of a buff for those scouts running with rifles |

What about the victim? don't they need a chance as well? I mean cloaking then hiding to sneak behind someone and kill them with a shot or two is hardly fair
How many amarr does it take to change a light bulb? none. The minmatar do it for them

I was not one bit serious in that post 
I do not agree with the backpedal nerf. I cannot run backwards, only walk, so this decision is just bad. ItGÇÖs an unnecessary buff to scouts.

It is not neutral, the ability to create space and engage a NK/SG scout will be nerfed, it is clearly a buff.
