Watching them go super saiyan or whatever for 3 episodes is like watching 2 super heroes going through some kind seriously intense constipation.

i just finished the Dragon Ball episodes and am moving on to watching DBZ. it's been out for over 20 years and im finally now sitting down to stream them. good stuff. ive played a few DBZ games though so im familiar with the story/sagas.

It's okay, I disliked how pretty much all of the supporting cast (all humans rip) of DB went on to be useless in Z. And then how, in the Buu arc, they gave super saiyan away like it was candy.

At least it's not GT and Evolution. The two worst things to happen to DB. Completely throwing DB history out the window.

The original, the back story and the story itself is more in depth where as Brotherhood felt a bit rushed in terms of story.

Agreed. Though I have to admit Brotherhood does to my understand cover more arcs of the original manga/comic than the original.
