Alright so my opinion this morning is on the Min Assault. Yes I use it and yes its good. Although Even going for max tank on both sides it still can not do what other suits can it has to sacrifice its shield tank for damage mods to fight the amarr and gallente who both can say screw shield tank damage mods for life. It has to sacrifice its armor tank for reps and a shield regulator to help its little to none shields come back faster. So overall it has much less either ehp or damage dealt compared to other suits. Combat Riles are not op. They only seem that way because most people use armor tank as a main tank which is were a Combat Rifles prevails at. The Min Assault is faster then the other races simply because of lower ehp tank. It does not has a broken hit box like most say, its actually the simple fact that 90% users use feroscale plates which do not affect overall movement, sprint or strafe speed allowing it to move faster, sprint faster, and strafe more. So please stop asking for a nerf to it simply because you die to it. Asking for it is nothing more then being scrubby. It can be countered fairly easy by using a Rail Rifle, Tac Assault Rifle or a Scrambler Rifle and staying out of the Optimal Range of the Combat Rilfe.
If the min assault and cr is op because the cr gets more bullets per clip then saying that would be saying amarr assault is op because of heat reduction. The min assault buffs the cr bullet per clip to make it more balanced with other rifles the same as amarr assault buffs the scrambler rifles with its heat build up reduction. In the next update Assault Scrambler Rifles are receiving a fairly decent damage buff so try them out when the update roles around. No overheat at all with Amarr Assault 5 and fairly nice damage should be a great counter to most suits.

I'm pretty sure I can get 800ehp with 2dmg mods,two shield extenders, two ferros, a rep and regulator. All while still moving at the same speed as an unplatted matar frame. I can also say that since the plate nerf most Ak.0's only have barely over 800ehp as well and that's stacking 3 ferros and 2 reps.

The amount of biotics that a min assault gets for tank loss is way too much. Slightly less armor and shield for twice the amount of stamina, stamina regen, and x% more speed is ludicrous.
Not to mention it's way easier to curtail tank inefficiencies than biotics.

Yes!
All the other suits have absolutely terrible stamina recovery and stamina and for the most part speed. Caldari comes close, but not on stamina or recovery.

It's funny.
The Min Assault has had it's current stats and layout for quite a while now, going back well into last year.
Yet no one said boo about it until after Ewar changes and scout nerfs.
Not one word.
People just have to have something to claim is OP because that is the culture.
If the MinAss was changed, players would simply start complaining about something else, probably the Assault ak.0 and scrambler combo.
