CCP can you make some NPC districts that corps can pay isk to rent for an hour? we need them to do our community events.
currently there's a group called CBM that trolls anyone that tries to use a district to host events and it become a pain trying to do anything because they just want literally keep people from doing anything with their districts.
NPC district that cant be conquered would mean they would always be free from trolls. and having some simple rules in place to keep people from "buying out" the district would be great as well.
1. No ISK payouts would be great.
2. the ability to switch between sides during a match
3. cant rent more than an hour at a time and you cant rent the same district more than once a week.
just some ideas.

Yes please do this CCP because the CBM are such evil people for interfering with these guys farming isk by just driving LAVs around. There are a couple of groups in PC "hosting tournaments/community events" in PCs and they are totally not farming.
By the way nice 10 man match, for claiming to do events for the community I like how there are only 10 instead of 32.
You seem to be short people for the event, why don't you try to recruit people like MRB8 did in the WR or even GD for an event or just merge your stuff with MRP8 from Knights of Ender who have a much bigger group to do community events.
Lastly, stop sending me mails I'm not in KEQ so why am I getting mails involving something KEQ did? Get your story straight too because one person messaged me saying you are training for PC, another said you are hosting community events and have a lot of people involved (clearly from the 10 people in the video), and one guy involved with your district came out raging and said how you were farming as he talked crap in KEQ's PC chat.

How do you know what the CBM does if you don't even know who the CBM is?
At this point you might as well say CCP is the CBM.
Anyways, I agree that there should be something outside of PC with no payouts for community events.

I don't know what the CBM is. The first time I heard about them was when they attacked our district last month. They were explained to me as a group of trolls. That's all I know about them, and as long as they're not attacking us, I don't care. |

as long as you are not farming you will never need to know or worry about who the CBM is. best advice i could give you is to keep the CBM out your mouth and posts.

I support OPs post in having district rentals.
Not only will this allow better management of community events but there would be no 'farming' involved.
This also, allows for people to not lock districts to hold community events without the interference of other corporations, groups, or people.

So basically you are saying instead of having a place for us to hold events we should have another way for PC farmers to farm PC. Did I get that about right?

it makes sense because not everyone has access to a district. and there arent alot of corps honorable enough to be trusted. some people would rather deal with a NPC than a PC corp.
i want NPC districts for the same reason people use NPC stations in eve instead of dealing with peoples POSs for the same services. if some one wants to host an event, why should they need to have another corp get involved in order to host it? right now you need two corps because youre basically attacking a district with another corp. and like that guy said, it can still be abused and considered farming. NPC districts with altered rules would solve alot of that.
