DUST Search - is 33 pc's enough to be a full time Fc?

Well I would say 33 PC is not enough for sure. If it was 33 PCs in wich you were the fc it might be a good number but having played a PC doesnt teach you how to fc. I myself have played hundreds of PC but still dont think I'd be ready to FC.

BUT since you are joining PC with your corp (welcome and good luck) if there is no one there with more experience than you, then you should try. Any team needs an FC and if there is no one someone has to do it at its best.

What you'll need:
-know how to deploy at start
-know the roles you need in a PC match
-Have 16 players listening to you at least 20 mins before the match
-make sure everyone knows you are fcing
-make sure comms is clear, tell players to use push-to-talk if they cant shut the **** up.
-Take decisions, sometime you will fail but a wrong choice is better than not choosing at all, you are the fc, you have to choose everything, you may be wrong or you may be right.
-you and your team need to understand that you are human, you can fail sometime, the most important thing is to not surrender, keep trying and improve talking together.
- carrot and stick, use both.

Some of the best PC players out there would be terrible FCs, they are too busy shooting/slaying/what ever. FC is a completely different role to others. Some players also just aren't cut out to FC. I know I'm not. I could learn probably, given time, but I'm honestly a better squad lead than anything. I know enough about FC'ing to make decisions and moves that I know MY FC will make before he needs them. This leads to very happy FC's when he learns that one of his squads is anticipating and acting on orders he hasn't made yet. I know enough about it to be able to guess the flow and repercussions of decisions I make. But I don't know near enough to FC myself. I've played a LOT of PC.
