Lv5 Gal Logi with a Focused scanner. It not that bad, it only lasts 7.5s but requires like 45s cooldown iirc. Just try to wait it out.

Yeah but it happened in the middle of enemy territory... I just sat there dumbfounded... While enemies rushed me... This has never happened to me before... |

Were you cloaked? Proto cloak gives a bonus to help you hide, 10% I think.

Honestly, the focus is working as intended. The Scan time is short and the cooldown is also fairly lengthy. TBH it is more of PC type of equipment for those scouts who consistently run dampened suits. |

I feel your pain.. I also got scanned with 16db while cloaked.. That was insane..

It is always nice when you go out of your way to flank and then "YOU HAVE BEEN SCANNED" pops up nullifying all your effort. |

I've used the Gallogi a lot before.
Use the focused scan in public ? This man has too much money.
The focused cost a lot, takes long time to refresh (40sec) and doesn't scan a lot of time (7.5sec with gallogi lvl5)

Normal. Gallogi + focused = 15dB
Not to be scanned by it : (with scouts)
- Amarr or Minmatar : 3 complex dampener + ishukone cloak
- Caldari : 2 complex dampener + ishukone cloak (+lvl5 Calscout skill)
- Gallente : 2 complex dampener + ishukone cloak (+lvl5 Galscout skill) OR 3 complex dampener (+lvl5 Galscout skill) without cloak
