Just to reiterate the point in case people missed it.
From the Hotfix Echo spreadsheet - HAV Operations Skill training cost multiplier is going up from a X4 skill to a X8. This effectively means you will need double the SP investment after hotfix echo.
I would suggest skilling your alts into it now before the hotfix comes. By the way is there any ETA on Echo?

my guess on Echo is 24th March  it'll be just after fanfest so seems about right. unless they drop it the week before (just before fanfest) but i'd guess it'd be the week after just incase any bugs that tend to appear. can't really drop an update and f**k off for a week if it needs fixing lol
