What do you do when you come across some one you know that is on the Red Team?
Me: I treat that person like a mini boss, that i must kill at least once in the match.

If one person is smart he should be able to keep vehicle at bay but not destroy it unless its a stupid driver

Either they just happen to kill me, or I just happen to kill them. Probably in a way that lets us both know who's who just by suit + playstyle + weapon.

Try to kill them with their own favorite weapon. Looking at you, Kubo~ Or just melee them several times throughout the match. Still after Romulus, he's a slippery little guy.

PLEEASE tell me you're a female and not one of the guy-in-a-girl-merc player? I'll cry if you are a fella.
Personally, I try NOT to look at the Redteam players' names until AFTER the match is over (if I spot good people I know like Henrietta Unkown, it will only make me flinch or hesitate, and I want to do my blind best for my team).
There's plenty of time to scan the "Last Battle" menu, see who I was up against, and shoot that merc a mail.
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...
