Run militia light frames with proto rifles, you die fast, you kill fast and finish the match fast.
Or if your team has more clones than the enemy, simply throw your apex/starter suits into their face and die, respawn, die, respawn.
In one domination match I was running a mlt shotgun fit and went 32/20... 52 terminations from just one person. Think about it.

How to win
Keep spawning in the same camped cru so the proto stompers can pad their KDR killing you. Is it that hard.
You want to win then you have to sacrifice yourself to the proto gods. They are not going to sacrifice their KDR.
Do your part the proto are there to help you achieve the goal.
