If your team has more clones than the enemy, stop reviving.
If the enemy team has more clones than yours, revive, but only if there's no objective - make sure one of the teams get cloned-out (0 clones at end of match).
If you're gonna be a douchebag and revive your precious squadmate heavy so you can keep stomping and clone-out the enemy team with over 100 clones left on yours, drop dead, would you kindly?

this event would go a lot quicker if people we using
mass drivers
plasma cannons
grenades
flux grenades.

why you ask?
because splash damage kills clones.
kill a chery and drop a nice flux or locus next to him and continus firing wepaons.

As an Amarr logi I always view reviving as bad for business as revived clones can't use my kick *ss uplinks xD
