The suit is just terrible. It's an LOLScout.
I'd rather just assault. It can't slay because the scrambler is terrible with out the Amarr Assault bonus.
I mean that stupid slave scout gets a bonus to a weapon. Give us one too!

Slave scout gets a bonus to nova knives, which isn't even their racial weapon. Your racial parity weapon would probably be a broken bottle of quafe.

The Amarr Scout is actually my favorite scout. You always have stamina so you can tank as much as you want and run around like an Assassin from Assassin's Creed.
Just get a bolt pistol and Nova Knives.

1.m Point rusher ; runs 10.33 m/s , has enough stamina to run to the objective directly
can drop 2 uplinks ands scans
PC tactic -> mass spawn the uplink

I call mine the grasshoper , as I can jump for ages wich is good when trying to be evasive.
The basic 25% skill to 5 gives me enough precision t see everyone trying to sneak up on me .
If there is a gal scout , I go and add a precision enhancer.

It is not good idea, if you want this just run different suit.
You already have these:
Scout Suit Bonus: +15% reduction to PG/CPU cost of cloak field per level
Amarr Scout Bonus: 5% reduction to dropsuit scan precision and +5% bonus to stamina regen and maximum stamina per level.
Why you should have more?
