Good: Nerf REs so they can't be sprint thrown
Bad: reduce throw distance or giving it the proxy throw distance, appear on passives for most if not all, reduce damage, setting down animation like hacking an objective
Possible solution that does not harm RE effectiveness to clear objectives spammed with heavies: Increase throwing animation
By increasing the throwing animation so it is longer but not insanely long, REs cannot be sprint thrown because by the time the user presses R1, they will be on the ground again instead of mid jump like it is now. This prevents long tosses but allows REs to still be thrown some distance to clear tight areas filled with hevies. A covered letter with heavy spam is hard to clear out and heavies cannot be the only solution for that. Heavies should not be the counter to themselves. It is like saying tanks should be the only counter to tanks.
I have used REs for a year and a half if I recall correctly. I remember the days when someone got killed by REs and said "What is a F45?" and I remember the RE mouse in the house glitch that made RE users rip their hair out. (caused the RE to slide everywhee for a minute before setting) I also remember that bs glitch that let you detonate while bleeding out which I am glad they got rid of long ago.
REs should have ONLY this nerf for now. After a while, adjust time for throwing animation accordingly and when it is at a good spot but REs are still a problem, then do not let them restock from nanos (only logical nerf at throwing animation nerf)
REs should be fine after the first one but if QQ continues then evaluate the QQ to see if it is bias crying or logical nerf requests. If it is logical nerf requests, then do the nano restocking nerf.

Much as I hate them (and yet, love them), there's too much crap going on with REs to just start picking parts to nerf out. Mostly because of sentinels. the only weapons that can reliably kill them are really dumb to use in CQC because if you miss, you're dead.

Nerfing or buffing in general should be more focused instead of generalized tweaks. Hopefully the heavy nerf will deal with tight indoor fights that dictate heavy or go home many times, or sg/re or go home.

Not constructive. Wasn't critiquing you.
The RE has problems, but until some OTHER weapons become good at cleaning out fatty warrens, we're going to have to deal with them.
