Assuming he didn't play on this character since closed beta, which is what it sounds like, then the only SP he has is the SP accumulated since the migration to Tranquility. That was what? January 10th, 2013 at downtime, roughly? According to internet time calculators, that was 18,739 hours ago. 1,000 SP per hour and 500,000 starting SP,
Looking at about just over 19 million SP.
Or maybe he did play a bit of Chromosome on Draxis and has much more, but I just felt like it'd be interesting to see how much the maximum non-boosted passive SP accrued is so far.
