Looks too utilitarian to me. Seems Minmatar, actually. Too many orange lighting, concrete, and straight lines. Other than the angled archway, it seems like Minmatar. There wouldn't be exposed concrete in Amarrian architecture.
Orokin Voids feel the most Amarrian to me. Besides being a little too bright, all the feeling is there...

The hallway picture looks like Gallente architecture mixed with a cross Amarr/Minmatar decor. Looks like a cool place to have a DUST battle :)
@Fizzer - Yea The Void in Warframe has a very grand Amarr feel to it, I agree.
