I would much rather trade them to you for one of your BPO's But if you don't really have anything good to trade with and you are a new player who does not yet have an LAV BPO, than I suppose I would sell them to you, but not cheaply because everyone else out there also wants lots of isk for their BPO's as well. I'd say at least 50 MIL for the LAV BPO and 10 MIL for the Kinetic Catalyst BPO.
