Preparing:
Find some basic fits that you enjoy running. MLT BPO's get annoying after awhile, except for the MLT Sniper, which is OP.
Here is the fit I will probably run for the event, note that it costs 6k ISK after BPO reductions.
Remember, we have 5 days to scrub 5,000,000 clones. That's 700 clones a minute. You guys are going to have to play borderline suicidal to get this to work. Ignore your K/DR for the next 5 days. Let's pretend it never happened.
Assuming 3k active players, we will need ~1666 kills a piece over the next five days. Get busy. I know that some people will easily get over that amount.
SPAM AMBUSH <---- This is the only time you will EVER hear me say this.
DON'T BRING NEEDLES.
I'll pay each person who mails me 200k ISK if they catch me running proto during those 5 days.
Bring uplinks. Less time travelling = more times killing / dying.
Remember, running into a group of players, killing 3 and dying is 4 wins for everyone!

Also, run in groups, and come up with stupid crazy challenges to do. One of my favorites was everyone running the same weapon, like a group of MD's or LR's.

Normally, I'd run my best slayer fit for this event. Going 30+ kills in a game is definitely doing my part and more.
However, I'm taking part in the Militia challenge for the entirety of March. So I'll probably subsidise the "Deaths" section more than the "Kills"

Militia gear is fun to use after running full proto for a couple months straight. For instance, I decided for fun just to use my MLT anti armor fit and I went 21-4 with the submachine gun and over 1700 WP because for some reason the enemy thought it was still a good idea to keep calling in HAVs.

I've got an extensive list of mlt fits made up atm, all for next month. However, I know it'll be a ballache with the stubborn tryhards refusing to de-proto.

I'll be running a Serpent scout, low HP and a fast run speed will allow for maximum kills and deaths (mostly deaths).
I will always run in some proto uplinks and feel free to camp them into oblivion, leave uplinks where they lie.
If you have explosive weapons do not camp an uplink you know you will destroy. Melee if you have to, and do it above chest height, or just get out the way and let the ARs, CRs, SCRs, RRs take care of it.
Drop those hives so people can spam grenades.
If you must run a heavy due to brain injury, then throw kincats on it in lieu of plates. Try being a speed heavy. It'll make us laugh watching you hop around like a maniac. In fact, everyone avoid plates and run kincats.
People proto stomping during this event are scrubs. So someone that speaks Japanese let those corps know that proto stomping, although attractive to K/D padding scumbags, will have them deemed unskilled turd warriors.
It'll be a good event for new players to wet their teeth on us at our most vulnerable.
If you are in a squad let everyone know.
If you have friends that will try and use this event to rack up K/D running proto, disown them.
We must work together.

Its kind of a slap in the face that we don't get a considerable amount of SP, 5 million without able to be affected by boosters. Sure the BPO will be nice but for killing 5 million kills we deserve some officer gear, such as a newsletter with 4 copies of each new officer gear.

I second this!! I'll be running a bpo plasma cannon galmando, screw KDR! It's a perfect time for everyone to make some isk aswell!
