Saw them the other day, killed a soma I was fighting, poor bastard backed right into it.
Was kinda nostalgic seeing them again after so long, forgot about that honestly, maybe I'll put um on my commando.

Maybe one of these days I'll fit out an Amarr logi like I used to with full proxies, vomit the max in an area like I used to, and then... Uh...
Snipe?
I miss my 15-mine fields :/

Bandwidth killed the proxy mine. Have fun starting to drop a minefield and watch as they start popping before you're even half-way through.

Proxy mines used to be another hard counter to several play styles.
-Heavy driving around and hopping out to machine gun people? Drop a minefield. -Murder taxi running people down? Drop a minefield -Tanks harassing your team? Drop a minefield
Now its just too hard to lay mines, reduce the BW of proxies to 0. There has never been a problem with spamming of proxy mines.
They also need a significant boost to damage. They don't do enough damage to be effective against HAVs. If you drive over a single mine you should immediately regret it and if you drive through a full minefield you should die. The damn things even give out a warning beep when you drive near them, so there's no excuse for pilots that are too clueless to avoid them.

Not true...I can deploy all of them at the same time
Gal Logi gk.0 - Proximity Mines (3) F/49 Proximity Mines (3) Boundless Proximity Mines (4)
I can deploy all 10 of them no problem and I wreak havoc on tanks with them pretty often :D |

Ratatti said that they were considering changing proximity explosive BW to 1.
So can we implement that change already, Ratatti? |
