Who are these noobs? Everytime I start a match, I see Defender highlighted in Blue saying something like Joint Harvesting, (why is there a ********* industry in this game) versus Attacker highlighted in Red saying Guristas. Everytime I play, this Guristas team beats us to death. It's really unfair. And when I'm put with the Guristas, the other team is the stompers.  |

It's a random NPC corporation/entity/faction.
When doing public contracts, it randomly chooses names for the teams, nothing more nothing less.

Yup, try running with a squad from your corp or from the "squad finder" Playing solo if you're new (or at all) is less fun and will likely make you more susceptible to stomps. |

Fun Fact: The Guristas "seems" to beat every other NPC corp, as do Blood Raiders, but Caldari Steel tends to wipe the floor even with them.
And there are the confusing State Peacekeepers/Federal Marines corps in PUBS.
Please buff my Magsex. It doesn't hit hard enough...

They're placed in pubs for random reasons.
Their PUB counterparts do not affect FW.
Then again, FW never really had an impact on EvE.
