Sometimes I stand over a fallen comrade for seconds and no "press 0 for nanite injector" prompt appears
I think the injector still works but the promprt is laggy so try pressing 0 before getting prompted.
This bug has killed me 3 times today, I really should run if things are not working instead of hovering withing 1m of a dead body.

You're doing it wrong.
While running towards the blueberry, hold R2 and use the right stick to quickly switch to the injector. Once you are over the blueberry, press R1 to revive. You will avoid a short animation in which you switch from your weapon to the injector, which saves quite some time.
Sometimes a blueberry will be thrown away by the killing shot, moving the actual revive point from the body, so move around until you find the prompt, often in the direction away from which the last shot came from.

ive found if two logi are going to pick up the same person, sometimes if one of them pulls out a needle via the eqip wheel before they get to the body. the other player will not be able to use their needle.
anyone else noticed this?

Then yes it seems the bug is there...it has happened amongst my squads a few times but the situations are almost always use under fire.
