Please CCP, increase Caldari ADS shield.  . Swarms and forge gunners destroy easily the ADS, that weapons are OP.

So you're saying that weapons that do less damage to shield are OP? **** I feel really bad for the guys using armor then.

lel, Atiim is at it again.
Anyways, I would say that high end AV is very potent against ADS's, maybe a little too much (was able to 3 shot one with a ADV AFG like 2 days ago), so it could be adjusted.

Forget the weapons, even if a fly accidentally gets in the way of your python, you better turn around and get out of it's way before it sends you crashing down.
I have literally flown full speed into the ground in an Armor Dropship and survive, I gently landed my python next to a Supply depot and lost over 1000 shields.

ads don't need more hp... vs anything apart from swarms they're fine. Swarms are the issue... If you can't dodge enough forge gun shots to live, you need to practice more.
If you get downed by a solo plasma cannon... You've done something horribly wrong.
Even in my flimsy cru-bus with 3 turrets, I don't have an issue being shot down by anything other than swarms (which 3 hit it if above basic.) If I'm downed by a forge gunner, they've done well... If I'm shot down by a tank, I didn't pay enough attention to where they were.
edit - You can also fit more shields to your incubus... I have one with a shield booster and it only has trouble when you can't see the swarms to tell when it's a good time to hit the thing. |
