How To Minja: The Guide
First and foremost. BE A MASOCHIST.
Second: Being really good at stealth or having great twitch skills will vastly improve your experience.
FITTINGS: Basically only a few good fits I've found in my time.
Double Damp + Speed
Damp + Speed + Regulator
Double Speed +Damp
Damp + Speed + Code
Fit whatever shields you can in high. Typically 2x shields and one utility mod, whether it be a precision or energizer.
Equipment is a mix of Cloak, RE, or Uplinks. Scanner every now and then. Really comes down to preference.
Weapons are the same. Pick what you like. Knives work great for killing people on hacks quickly and efficiently, as well as anyone not paying attention. Personally, I run a Boundless CR and Ishukone NK, for a good blend of all around Combat Effectiveness.
THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR:
Anyone who is facing you. Unless you got some real balls, don't frontal knife. 8/10 times it will get you killed. There are exceptions to this. Running knives requires a lot of practice to get down.
Amarr scouts. If they are running 2x precision (You'll notice when they do), either run 3x damp or SPEED TANK. If you aren't running 3x damp, you might as well run none and be fast as hell to stay away from them. Speaking from experience, I have a great friend by the name of Devin Xer who loves to run his amarr scout when we see each other. They are the reason why I skilled a Gal scout.
Scramblers and AR's. You are SQUISHY. REALIZE THIS. These things will ruin your day in a half a second flat. This is where observation and careful planning come in handy. You should spend a lot of time at range with a cloak, observing who has what weapons and the best way to approach/avoid. Remember, never walk into a fight you can't win. I can't tell you how many idiots I have run into that try to get the jump on my Gal Assault. I have far more HP and a giant damage modded AR. If you don't instakill me, I WILL kill you. Pro-Tip for dealing with tanky armor assaults: Cook Flux, then shred with CR. If you're quick, they will drop like a stone. This is only if you can't get in knife range though 
PARTING ADVICE:
Have fun. The suit is a blast when you get the intricacies of it down. You will die if you make a mistake, so this is actually my favorite suit for improving overall gameplay and gungame. You have to play your best when using this suit to make it shine. Use this suit for awhile and switch to an assault and watch how carefully and effectively you play.

07 Scout. I know how hard it can be to run it, especially if you are just starting playing. I started my Dust Career back in Uprising 1.0 in a Min Scout, back in the Tac AR and Cal Logi days. What a time to learn how to play lol.
