Instead of that sad excuse of a bonus how about we get a 5% bonus to all biotic module efficiency? Like seriously that stamina bonus is so pointless its not even the best at it...

Are you kidding?
Amarr Range bonus is way more useless right now than the Stamina bonus. You would be better off getting rid of that one.
Biotics is a fair bonus to add, but until they fix HD on melee, you will still be at a disadvantage role-wise.

I was being completely serious. And it's a precision bonus. 5% per level. Still useless with only a 25 meter radius as anything that's damping that hard is probably going to be able close the distance by the time you notice them.

You are right, I got myself confused because the Range Amp nerf really hurt having the precision bonus.

Perma-sidearm bonus with ScP bumped slightly further (purity, baby). Negative effect on Light Weps to compensate.
Uplink speed and/or count bonus if placed by AmScouts.
KDR matchmaking would patch all the patches into pure patchitudity.
