That matchmaking has been fixed for solo players
That frame rate improves past 10 fps
That lower HP fittings become viable.
I will continue to be on the forums and chatting in game, but I am no longer going to be playing matches.

I wouldn't call 600 HP min assaults low HP
I'm talking the 250 - 300 hp , 150k isk scouts that get obliterated in less then a second with ewar that barely works.

1) This is a team game, it's best played with a team. Even as a solo player on a balanced team, you have virtually no help from your teammates so it should be more difficult. Whether there is a technical issue in matchmaking is beyond my scope.
2) Again, a technical problem I hope gets fixed.
3) I regularly run <300-400 ehp scout suits (Cal and Min) and do fine. Anecdotal, but it's not impossible.

1) Public contracts say in their description "For small squads and LONE mercenaries"
Why should I be forced to play with a squad to only enjoy a few games of pubs? FW and PC might be heavily eccentric on teaming up but pubs is for small time people. Hopefully Warlords 1.1 will make it so that only 5 man squads cab enter pubs while 8 man squads can do FW and 16 man squad for PC.

And if you keep dying running an EWAR scout, let me tell you this.
Your main goal as a scout is not even to kill.
This is what you should be doing with an EWAR scout:
1) Getting behind enemy lines and not letting them see you
2) Hack everything
3) Provide passive scans for your squad (if you don't have squad just hacking everything behind enemy lines is fine if not better)
4) Try to never get caught
5) Only kill when neccesary
That'a how I run my scout fits.
Those scouts you see running around killing everyone and strafing everywhere? They will not last for long.

I see the only way for all your wickets to be met is make the game 12 v 12 with 4 man squads. Sure I don't want that but it should mitigate some performance issues.

Most min assaults run 5-600 armor lmao.. Broken speed and usually around 900-1k ehp. And the best bonus of all assaults. Min assaults are not considered low hp suits.

My experience running solo in pubs is that things have gotten better since Rattati did his work on Team Balancing.
More matches are closer than before, more fights are hard fights, there are fewer redline matches, redlines take a bit longer to happen.
That doesn't mean the matchmaker is good, or that new players aren't having an awful experience, or that i don't spend nights getting my face stomped into the dirt on some forsaken shithole planet.
There's still a lot of work to do, but for my money fights are more interesting than before.

Are you on a different server or game mode than me?
I have played solo for two years, and ever since Mu was put in place I have seen more frequent stomps than ever before. Like, almost every game.
If I squad up, then I somehow end up on the stomping team.

NA server, skirmish only. Typically solo but always try and squad up to donate WP.
@ Rattai: you have the stats on this, why not post them?

I've been a scout for over two year, I don't think you need to tell me how to play that role.

Really? Because every single match solo is vs a full squad of proto using players who stomp my teams face in. Half the games 8 of my team end up sitting in the redline in the first minute.
When I squad, its always my team stomping so badly the other side rarely gets 1000 WPs total.
MU is completely broken.

All my scouts are under 300 hp I do fine
