CCP is never going to do anything about it. It has been an issue for years. Continue playing teleport514.

I use a small blaster turret anyway, it's bigger, it's better and I can carry a crappy sidearm to stack more hp thanks to fitting costs! Seriously the HMG is nothing compared to a small blaster, plus if you don't have to get out, it's easier to escape and run people over! |

Yeah those people are really annoying but they are was to kill. They normaly go Dow the same fought several times so proxies are a good idea . Failing that a proto packed av granade normal works (not on dust and forgotten what they are called). Of neither of them work i tend to pull out a particle cannon just for him |

If ppl want to use the vehicle as a murder taxi, I have no issues about it, is a mechanic that have existed since ever. After all they are pretty easy to kill.

Do you know what beats a heavy with an hmg in these situations? A heavy who Forges you in cqc. Should have kept your fat ass in the hog shouldn't you!

What they should be doing to fix this is simple and obvious. Heavys just need to be removed from the game. They not even a real class, they're a crutch that scrubs use instead of their own legs. |

I have a much more entertaining idea. We should love our hit and run heavies.
We should also get a second grenade slot on assault & heavy(and commando, imo) suits, but for AV grenades only.
CCP should then invest a little bit of effort in web and DOT grenades.
Vehicle/AV balance problems over - we could make tanks as tough as they should be and simultaneously make tank pilots a hella more nervous. Also wouldn't affect DS pilots much.

They could just add a skill that increases damage for hitting another with a vehicle called Brush Guard. Without skilling into it, vehicles do little road kill damage. |

I do this, it is fun. The best part is I have a BPO Saga with 2 BPO Shield Boosters and I use a BPO Heavy.
My LAV is sturdy and totally free, so even if I mess up, I still lose absolutely nothing. |

Even tho I don't use those Hit'n'Run LAVs,
they are valid tactic, not that OP anymore.
Nevertheless, there IS a need for exit/entry animation (=delay)
