I tried to sign into the forums on a computer that had been logged off. Kept getting a 404 on the link.
I am not the only one with these problems according to this post, though that was not the primary issue for the poster.

Same problems here too. No update to Frame's note for three days. Do they realise ppl can't tell them something isn't working?

This explains why the forum seems more quiet than normal.
It really is quite crazy, though I am glad its not just me with the problem.

CCP releases buggy content, and suddenly no one can log onto the forums to complain...... ye-ah....
also, yay at being about to log in again :P.... maybe nowi can actually put proper support tickets in for my loss of loyalty rank (twice) and my war barge not upgrading its level.

It was a Sony problem.
Lots of other forums unrelated to CCP also had issues.
