If someone steals a vehicle with a mobile CRU equipped, who gets the team spawn points when somebody spawns out? The person who called in the vehicle (the owner), or the person who stole it? |

The person who called in the vehicle (the owner).
Had this happen with a squadmate. He called in his Methana with a MCRU on it. I got in and we went roaming around the map. We found a squad and he jumped out while I switched to the driver's seat to save his LAV. Since I was in the driver's seat, the MCRU was active and he was able to spawn in on it. He then informed me that he received +50 WP for spawning on his own MCRU.

What if the enemy team hacks it? Do I get 50 wp for helping the enemy

Very good question! I never got the opportunity to test this.
I would assume the points would be awarded to the point at this point as this would be the logical thing to do...
However, I did have the opportunity to steal an enemy vehicle equipped with a MCRU. But no one spawned on it. 2 hypothesizes I have on that. Either:
1) Nobody wanted to spawn on the dropship, or
2) Another possible might be in place where you can't spawn on an MCRU of a hacked vehicle.
I will make sure to put this in my many things I want to test and get back to you on it. I will also be sure to update my guide on Mobile CRUs after I find out the results.

It happend to me once. Got like 200 wp from the enemy spawning on my lav that they stole. :D |

Just tested with help from MINA Longstrike and Regnier Feros. Even after the owner's LAV gets hacked and the opposing side spawns on it, the owner of the vehicle receives the points.
Example:
I call in a MCRU LAV.
MINA hacks it.
Regnier takes control of the vehicle.
MINA spawns in on it.
I receive +50 WP for the spawn.
Thanks again to MINA and Regnier to help me test this.

Lol imagine if I tanked a LAV, left it in a nice spot near an objective, and they keep hacking it and giving me WP lol
