I don't even know! These things are just so awesome, took em to lv5 and got the Roden Commando and it's just so much fun. I'm kind of sad that I can't really use it for a melee suit, but the thing is just so amazing and tearing apart Gunlogis is awesome! I wish someone would have told me how great these things were.
I want to punch.

Take it back!
The PLC is good for ambushes on tanks. Get close with scount or something, get an RE on it, throw AV nades, hit tank as it gets away in a straight path. Detonate RE.
It just takes more skill than a swarm.

I like my AV weapons to stand on their own merits, not need a gimmick to make them work.

The thing is that swarms are scarier than PLC even for gunlogi drivers.
Cuz when you get hit by swarms, your whole screen is fuked up and you can get random frame rate drops.

Alternatively just point a swarm launcher at the tank and receive points.
It's not just a case of taking more skill, it's also less effective.
