For me the games crashes in the middle of a game 20% of the time, My radar is buggy as hell, I can land on my own MCC
and the MCC still does not show up on the radar, sometimes my LAV is stopped by an invisible wall as the ground underneath gets rendered. for some games the run button won't work
I have reinstalled many times but it does not help
Is this something I just have to put up with or are some players having better experience?
Has anyone made their problems disappear by getting new PS3? |

Weed down your PSN/Dust contacts, check your internet connection, make sure at least 15% of your PS3 HD is free, and delete all DUST 514 mail.
Also weed down your dust channels.

Regardless of all the cleaning I've done (internal and external) I'm stuck with a variety of bugs and common lag.
A rare yet infamous case is where I'm stuck in the cloaking/de-cloaking animation and everyone sees me, yet I can't sprint or shoot.
Please buff my Magsex. It doesn't hit hard enough...

Run an internet connection test. Check if your Security is at "Nat type 3"
This basically means there is a hardware firewall between your PS3 and the internet.. and you will have to open ports on your router or set a static IP link up.
You want it to say "Nat type 2"
There are some ports you can open for DUST 514 specifically that help too. |

Reinstall Dust 514.
This should work.
You can prevent glitches, but you first need to know how do they start.
Crashes.. haven't got one since few months so it's not game fault.

All of these suggestions on fixin the issues won't fix the game its self.
There are countless threads about what you're posting and nothing has been commented on or acknowledged by CCP if it is fixable or not.
If DUST runs poorly, it is because of 2 things.
1) Your PS3 model
2) CCP failing at creating mechanics that work without issues throughout the board.
Thank god for CCP Rattati!!
