you have to use internet explorer,
fire fox dont work for that
also play as Strangeland Stranger (Gal),
Gauntlett5487 (Cal),
and Larlac Theest (Min)

Haven't been able to log in there for months, tried on 2 different computers and multiple browsers... always get the missing callback thing.
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

Also, posting in Arkena Wyrnspire's stead about this as well since he's having the same problem.
EDIT: Also talked with dy5t0pia, he's also unable to login and suggested the page might be gone or moved somehow on the server?
