Need help fitting my Incubus. I have already come to the conclusion that MSLs on the front are a no-go so I'll need to work on my aim with the rails. Armor hardeners aren't worth crap anymore, so it will have to rely on passive reps. Any suggestions on what I should do?

None. Incubus isn't worth it anymore. It handles much better than the python (in my opinion), but with the way AV is, it's a no go.
Though if you REALLY want to fly an incubus, you need an afterburner. My old fit had a complex plate and a repper, but I haven't used it since the nerf. They're fun to fly still, but if a proto swarm comes out you can kiss your arse goodbye. Python is a bit harder to handle, but it's way better vs AV.
But then again, i'm just a newb, so who cares. Go throw away your isk all you want.

Plate it or you're dead pretty much instanyly. Use afterburners.
Past that incubus doesn't do well with rails or blasters comparatively.

These days, only fly incubus if you plan to be dedicated AV, as this is the only role it can adequately and somewhat reliably fulfill.
Afterburner is mandatory on all Incubus fits, dont let people convince you that a shield booster is better. Its not.

Stay away from the ground unless you see an exposed turret or vehicle. Try not to hover much if you can avoid it, and ONLY use your AB in response to enemy AV, or to maintain elevation over enemy dropships. If using AB to flee, deactivate it about 3 seconds after you activate it. AB only boosts acceleration, not top speed, so you only need it for the first few seconds if your intent is only to flee
Lastly, prepare to be poor. Pilots get killed by "wtf" moments more than anything else in this game, and you'll pay a premium for the privilege.

I can't help you with flying tips, because I've never used an Incubus.
But I know that one major problem with ADS, especially in pubs, is the high cost of a full fitted ADS.
Wouldn't you Like to buy your Incubus, your turrets or even the modules you need at a way lower Price?

My main and most reliable fit is scanner or shield booster in high. The booster is better than an AB because it deflects a warning shot. Two reps and a plate in the lows. Missile for AP. The reps are great and have saved my ship where the plate only did not. You must be flying off or dodging for this to work.
Then you need to fly evasively, strafe and keep moving or circling from high and loose down to tight then fly off expecting an AV hit. Then come back around again. Also, once you have a scan on target you can back off and fire from range blindly or just within range of sig without being targetable by swarms.
To scan just do a fly over first. If no AV then come back and scan while circling and aiming down to zero in on an area.
Death is a serious business. So is running a shoddy, half-baked game company.

Put a small railgun on the front and watch every vehicle around you explode. Incubus' currently fill the role of vehicle hunter, so that's how you should be using it.
If you'd rather kill infantry, just switch to Python.
