Obiously Apex suits are not the Top-quality you could use. They are a little better than basic (proto suits and full equipment).
I do like them for the fact that I do not have to think about "is it bad losing this or that".

Militia modules? really? guys NO, absolutely NO.

Also the min logi APEX is really premium, 4 equipment slots, that's something you only get with proto !

PS. you can grind that APEX suit in MFW later if that is an option for you.
PPS. The Vx1 you seem to have differ from their normal counter parts. (Normal nomad uses flaylock, remotes and (scoped) cr)

The Kaalakiota Assault is practically a must if you like Caldari stuff anyways, and the Methana will save you quite a bit of Isk. If you end up going with the Roden Commando though, perhaps we can squad up so I can examine it more closely. The viewer doesn't do the suits much justice and I'd really like to get a good look at this suit before buying. I want to punch.

All I play with is the Gallente Assault Dropsuit so I would prefer a BPO of that. The Amarr was the only faction I saw with an Assault BPO Dropsuit.

Excellent points, but I buy them to "Have" I guess. Maybe to collect them, I dont do it to save isk. I have 200+. And I am quite poor compared to others but I can afford to fill the suit with better mods then what the apex provides.

Actually, fitting a BPO suit with BPO militia modules and weapons is an excellent way of training to use different weapons and suits. If you can learn to get a decent number of kills and die relatively infrequently with militia weapons in a basic dropsuit (which is easy to learn as your suits never run out) then you will become truly terrifying with a properly fitted suit afterwards. Many players simply rely upon high level gear and weapons to compensate for lack of understanding of how to best use their suits and weapons. Deliberately playing in sub-par gear forces you to learn how to best use your weapons and gear, i.e. optimal firing ranges and angles, positioning of equipment and so on. Try to not only survive but positively contribute to a match with a basic BPO scout suit with only sidearms and no cloak.
