I have a friend, Memi Ortiz.
He is a new player, and well, even tough he seems to be learning and doing ok, he is in red numbers, and usually needs to be running basic fittings, so some free isk would really help him.

When I say he is new, he has about 3 months playing, and of course, a new player should use basic and advance gear, but it would be nice to help him, right? And if someone is willing to give free isk, why not a new guy? I see no problem with that. |

OP just play pubs and send the isk to those poor noobs who go 2/13 with 110 wp.
maybe they'll stick around long enough that by the time isk is spent, they are hooked like the rest of us junkies
