Below is a ticket i filed which they are sending the same response to everyone, thought this would save some people some time if you're bothered by the SP cap bug over the last couple of days
I know you're not supposed to post stuff from CCP but don't really see the harm in this

I couldn't get my 5 keys yesterday as 2 of my missions required AUR and 2 required earn 'x' amount of SP (when I had aparantly capped) I don't think this is fair

Thank you for contacting the DUST 514 Customer Support Team. We have received a number of player reports regarding the Bonus SP Pool registering as exhausted again, and are currently looking into this. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and rest assured that we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Any compensation that might be offered for this lost time - lost boosters and SP as well as Decryptor keys - should be applied globally, and is currently discussed by the DEV Team, including the possibility of extending the event - please keep an eye on our Forum for any updates regarding this.
This reply is being sent to all players requesting assistance regarding the Bonus SP pool. If this does not apply to your concern then please respond to this ticket and we will do all that we can to assist you. If you have any further issues please let us know, otherwise you may close this ticket or allow or it to automatically time out after 7 days.

Edit: Though I would like to point out as it just hit me that since this was sent to all players, it's not private and therefor doesn't fall under the rules.
