Hi everyone,
I'll be arriving in Reykjavik, Iceland early in the morning on Sunday, March 15th. On Monday, March 16th, I'd like to take a day tour of the area surrounding the famous volcano Eyjafjallajokull. However, the company that provides the tour requires that at least two people book and attend the trip. If you think that you'd be interested in this opportunity, please let me know.

Also I'm pretty sure I can afford that ISK cost.
It does work like that, right?

Why would any of us want to go with you to Iceland when CCP won't be announcing anything new about either DUST or Project Vaporware?
Seems like a waste of time to me.

The cost of the tour is equivalent to about $286.50 USD. |

Not much for thread titles, are you? This thread is clearly aimed at those who will already be in Iceland and attending Fanfest, but thanks for taking this opportunity to jump on your soapbox. It was totally worth it, right? I mean, I'm sure you must feel like a big, strong man now. I know I would. |

I understand what you mean but you have to understand where we're coming from.

That's quality mate but you should rent a 4x4 for the day and take plenty of water and a gas mask for if you want to get fairly close.
Me and my mate are going digging in thermopylae in 2 years........screw tour guides and their kin!.
This is TechMechMeds tanker.
Redeployside - You are just in time for minimal immersion edition of ps2.
Enjoy.

Mate, a map and a 4x4 for the day is cheaper and you'd be free to go and do wtf you want, where you want. Oh and a compass.
INB4 2 young persons go missing, only to be found 4 days after in a crumpled wreck at the bottom of a cli.......Ah yeah contour lines bro!

In this case, I'll happily pay a premium for safety and the company's knowledge of the area. I like your style though. |

I dont know but once i'v seen the actual land i'll know roughly how deep to dig. I cant really say bit im thinking about 8ft after a few hours checking the area and pretty much guessing and hoping we get the right spot.
We have to strike a balance between many factors and all on a whim really. It's not a professional operation but a well educated one.
Im hoping at least an arrow head, at least.

The whole point of the thread is to ask if one of us would like to go with you to fill the 2nd spot needed for your tour. Given how you're asking DUST 514 players, the question of "why would we be at Iceland in the first place?" is legitimate.
