I played a match, my teammate was in a Caldari Medium suit, he strafing so much that I could not even read his name. It felt like I was going to get a seizure. I followed this guy for a few seconds but he was moving and strafing. He could essentially run and strafe

Not lag, but latency. The person you were looking at had poor connection to the server so what might be a small strafe on his screen becomes magnified as the server tries to predict his motion when data packets are lost.
Rise and shine CCP. It's time to implement ping based match making.

I doubt that it is that complicated. He simply did it when he was hacking and shooting at a target

It is, unfortunately. I have hopped over to a different region server before and caused that same problem. To me it looks fine, but no one could hit me unless I was running straight at them. I no longer do that as I want people to enjoy the game. Even though many of them are guilty

It's a pretty straight-forward issue. Hit detection is messed up right? Considering that people get hit detection issues from non-moving targets also, one can infer that people who strafe, in any fashion, give the server a harder time in deciphering whether or not a player took damage.
Strafing should be nerfed until the hit detection issues are circumvented tbh.(Not without lowering the damage output of every weapon so that TTK doesn't become worse than what it is now.)

Basically an all around movement nerf is needed. Word is that a min scout at full WHACK(all complex kincats) nearly breaks the game. The only downside is that more people will bring in vehicles, meaning more AV, meaning bad time for me in air........

I am playing half asleep and there is a heavy with boundless HMG riding round and get kills. It would be easy to kill him if I tried but its sad that the LAV and heavy thing is such an obvious exploit that isnt getting addressed. With the hit detection problems, I understand why the HMG has been better to deal higher damage and better all round but its become a sad crutch now for players, everyone is using a heavy, I am sure that caldari heavy I killed was pretty surprised that a breach pistol finished him so quickly
