No, because Incubus is an ADS, which isn't Militia.
Gorgons count and others from the Militia Vehicles list, including Somas and Sicas, just as long as everything on them is mlt.
Unfortunately there are no Militia Commandos lol, so you're gonna have to make two separate fits for it
Nope, no STD at all allowed. The whole point of running full mlt for a month is that skill points don't come into it. It literally comes down to your skill as a player.
