A friend have found a scout BPO, but skill requirement says he has to have amarr logi at level 1 to use it.
Is it just a visual bug or wrong skill?
Some have luck, some have money, trading is not a crime.

a scout bpo should not need logi level 1 to work
it should require scout level one
also play as Strangeland Stranger (Gal),
Gauntlett5487 (Cal),
and Larlac Theest (Min)

Wording says scout, stats say logi.

This is broken and unfixed since Warlords patch 1.0 was
rolled out, a simple name correction to Logi A-1 would have
made things clear, and players would know whether to
spend AUR on it to not. This is ridiculous.
Anyone on Trello board could add it there?
