we get proto stomped and get no reward for trying to play???
got 110 wp 1 game and 70 the next and no sp reward
untell matching gets better how is it fair to punish the losing team????????????????
did the players on the wining team who got less then 200 wp also get no sp they went 0 and 0 with less then 100 wp also after all it was only the top 6 players running full proto in pub that did 90% of the work
yea don"t reward the players who do nothing no kills no deaths no war point but don't take away sp from the players that are trying

Yeah, I knew this would happen.
Get stomped and have low wp= earn nothing.
Now there is greater reason to leave match early. If you know you are getting nothing at match end, why stay?
One sided matches will quickly spiral out of control as players leave without being replaced by Scotty, and the stomping intensifies for the losing team now short on players.

Pride? Honor? Not being labeled a quitter who only plays when he's promised to win? If you never go against better players, how will you improve? If you only play lesser players, are you worthy of respect?

You have to have a minimum WP total to get any SP. Even in Ambush, you can do things like set uplinks in strategic places, hack installations, set nanohives, pull out a logi and revive/repair teammates. Adapt to the situation if you aren't doing well. That is now, and has always been, the name of the game. Those that fail to adapt, die.

I'm ok with not getting SP if I know I didn't perform well - and if that is the result of the other team, then more credit to them. I'll do better next time to EARN the reward, instead of expecting a handout.

You lost - you should be punished until you prove yourself worthy of a reward.

Dude, I was eating popcorn, sipping my Coca Cola and playing one handed in a bush and still managed to get past the minimum. I suck at Dust too. Actually do something next time.

The problem is that it happens the other way too. I was on a team that routed the Reds, finished 8th with a horrible 1/1/3 plus a hack. 125 wp, 160k ISk and no sp. the stompers on my team were wiping reds out and I was running around looking for things to do, yet I get nothing even in a win. This will not help keep new players nor make the game more enjoyable.

Common... How long have you guys played this game. A 50 clone ambush ends stupid quick... and are on huge maps.


Often the 50 clone ambush will spawn the two teams on opposite sides of this huge map.. By the time you find someone a couple idiot blueberrys will have ran at the enemy group 15-30 times with MLT suits...

Even if your decent and don't die it can be a chore to get the points in a stomp..

We can't control our team mates the game puts us with.


80 clone ambushes? Sure.. Close spawns, Installations and structures to hack. Easy points.


But rolling the dice to get a 50 or 80? is it worth it?.. 50 Clone ambushes need to be tweaked. This, should be obvious. Also quickly, before the game mode becomes a ghost town.

You want SP? Maybe you should try this new thing called trying to win. Or would you rather give up and QQ?

You did get something, you got isk.
You didn't get SP, which is fine, because you didn't do enough to earn it.
I had a match I got 100 WP, got isk, no sp. Oh Well, that 1.5K SP isn't going to change anything anyways.

Suck it up, it's an attempt to kill off the AFKers which is much more important. Having a blueberry do SOMETHING is better than a vet doing NOTHING and getting sp

I somehow managed to stay above the 150WP limits in all pubstomps (Ambush) yesterday.
(God knows how)

Ambush is not really my game as I am more of a support person, and generally suck at killing.
However, before Warlords a Ambush game with 100WP would Give me minimal SP anyway.
(And I got roughly 40,000,000 total.... So yeah... No big difference for me)
