First thought of as a Minmatar Assault bug by Jack McReady (threads found here and here), I eventually got my skills up to test this bug.
What I found was instead of it being a Minmatar Assault bug, the problem lay with the Rechargers and Energizers as the math is completely off and causing major rounding errors.

By this time, I made a breakthrough. The Complex Shield Rechargers were the problem. But what about other tiers? And what about the Energizers?
