Properly fitting a commando just got a whole lot more important. With Warbarge bonuses and a 5% increase to primary weaponry bonus they are gonna be a serious pain in the butt.

Unless reload speed is a factor commandos don't do significantly more damage than any assault with three damage mods.

It's a flat 10% bonus before damage mods. That already is a lot. One damage mods is 17%. Dunno what the stacking penalty is, but a second one is over 20%. That's insane damage.
