Effectively...There is no actual CEO. My Eve char will take care of the administrator duties. But when it comes to actual game play and internal decisions...Each joining party has 2 members on the board of directors. 2 from Top. 2 from PE and 2 from MULA. We then make our decisions based off what our players will say. Pretty democratic.
You are all nay sayers. I was given ERA with 5 active people. We recruited and then dominated for months. We then created MULA and did the same. Pure Evil has some bad asses slayers. They bring skill and experience to the table to add to Mulas organization. Top also has some slayers numbers and great organizers.
Skill...numbers...leadership/organization= bad ass corp.
Give us some time to work out the kinks. No one said it will be easy wwithout hiccups.

Shouldn't you have an odd number of administrators so their can't be a tie? That's what I did with GAM we voted on big things I handled little things. It actually works really good and kept everyone happy.
