We've been given qualified permission to stream any Dust 514 Roundtables we attend at Fanfest on our personal Twitch.TV accounts.
This may change obviously but right now it seems unlikely to. Wifi at Harpa is generally quite good but with 1500 New Eden groupies in attendance, there might be some dropout.
My Twitch channel can be found here.
I'll be investing in a half decent webcam and mic for the event so you won't be relying on my laptops built in one.

No major announcement, you already got Warlords on its way. 
But CCP's Rouge, Rattati and Frame will be there along with four of the CPM, so there will be some Roundtables and discussions still, so we'll endeavour to make sure you guys get as much of the information as possible.
CCP is in the middle of planning for Fanfest at the moment so nothing is finalised (that we know of) but my own personal and gut feeling is that EVE: Valkyrie is going to be the star of the show.

As someone who is deaf as a post, please do what you can to get the audio to a decent level. The last several round tables that I have tried to watch were pretty much lost on my feeble ears.
Here's no-so secretly hoping that CCP makes some kind of gesture with DUST/Legion, like akin to a Southern doctor putting a mirror under Legion's nose and proclaiming "It ain't dead; we just gotta run some 'lectricity up through those guts!"

Awesome, thanx! Despite the horrible state of them last year i watched all of them and found them very interesting, the devs are just like real people.

Make sure to ask for the press wifi. It's less crowded usually so you can get a more stable stream.

The wifi cloud covers the entire building. There aren't "Wifi equipped" rooms. The only issue is that the traffic can get heavy on the standard wi-fi network but this problem is usually solved by being on the press Wi-Fi. Still it should be more than enough for a live audio stream.

For one the community could potentially send in some questions like they did with Dust panels last year. It seems that would make sense with the panel being "an in-depth discussion about community collaboration in development".
